Revolutionizing the clinical training process

During his time training as a practitioner and navigating the mental healthcare industry as a sufferer of depression, Get A-Head’s founder, Ahad Bandealy, recognized a few major inefficiencies that exist in the mental health sector. He recognized that practitioner demand outpaces supply, clinical training is costly and time consuming, and lastly, there is a failure to provide objective data with regards to one's mental health. Ahad began working with software developers in 2019 to create a platform that would revolutionize the clinical training/licensing process to increase the amount of psychologists available long-term while simultaneously accelerating the way mental healthcare is delivered to patients. Two years later, in 2021, Get A-Head is serving numerous American and Canadian organizations. As a team of many individuals that personally battle mental illness, we are proud to continue bridging gaps in the mental health industry.
